IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
Clients and friends, effective January 1, 2023, my law practice will concentrate on traffic, criminal defense and DWI cases only.
The time has come for me to go back to the roots of where I started, as Chief Assistant DA, which is my passion. I will no longer be taking on domestic and child custody cases.
I am also re-locating to a smaller office space and have sold my
building on Logan Street after 25 years of what I believe has been the most successful law practice in Marion and McDowell. I will miss that place, as we have accomplished what I set out to do when I built that building in 1997. I leave this place with great memories of what Scottie, April and I have done there, along with all of you, the most wonderful clients an attorney could have ever dreamed of having. We had a great run there, and, I owe that great run to you, my clients, for placing your trust in me.
Please know that I am not quitting, as "quit" has never been in my DNA. I will continue working for you, appearing in court for you, and providing the best legal service for you that is humanly possible. I am energized even more to continue in this new journey, and ask that you follow with me on this path.
