Real estate humor: even us Realtors and Brokers deal with EGOs! Notice it was crickets after I asked my question? 😆 Well, I guess they didn’t want to share the why? Or how 🤷‍♂️ Full price the day it hit the market - hmm 🤔 sounds fishy. 140 days later and 3 price reductions and 4 other Investment Realtors passed on it? Literally can’t make this up. Overpriced by $25-30k and a subpar remodel with overspray, stain on windows, paint on new light fixtures, loose kitchen wall 🤯 amazing. Oh well On to the next one! Some other seller will be very happy!!
