In October I reached out to Guy and by November he had us in our home! If asked if we’d recommend Nuance Ventures QRP LLC we would tell you 1000x yes! In todays world it is so hard to find someone who cares about their tenants but since day one Guy has made sure we were okay and if there was a problem he made sure it was fixed immediately! Neither of us have great credit but to be able to have a house of our own because we had someone who has helped us and didn’t just push us away speaks volumes there isn’t very many people like that now a days! When we first moved in we had a hornet problem I got stung and my daughter got stung twice one being in her temple when we let guy know he was on it immediately and didn’t stop until the problem was gone not only that he checked on us numerous times and still does! He makes you feel as if you’re family and I can say I personally have never had that even when renting and having issues with rentals nobody jumped on it immediately or they just didn’t care! Guy does and I promise if you go with this company you won’t be disappointed, you will see that you made the best decision when it comes to buying a house and working with this company!
