Greetings from Ventura California where we are enjoying the festival. We’ve been working hard on our civil rights cases so it’s nice to relax and and recharge. And if you are in California, make sure to get your ballot in on before June 2nd! Peace and love my friends!

Time to get those ballots in my California friends. And please vote for for City Attomey of Los Angeles. Here she describes how her roots shaped her motivation to do good as an Attorney. We have a corrupt City Attorney running as the in bot, and Marrissa is the best choice to make a difference for loads of us who live in Los Angeles.

LAPD questions for Mayor Bass part 2: while she takes the issue seriously, we are still waiting for accountability against the LAPD. what would be your response when the LAPD violates the rights of peaceful protesters.

05/28/2026

We had the opportunity to meet with Mayor Karen Bass, and ask the tough questions of how LAPD uses less lethal projectiles against peaceful protesters. Mayor Bass admitted that this could be a problem but has not addressed itdirectly. Later she told me she was addressing it through the police commission. She is light years’s better than Spencer Pratt, who thinks he can merely arrest the homeless to solve the problem which does not work and our criminal justice system won’t allow for it. Frankly, the conduct of the LAPD has been appalling and we would like to see it being addressed directly by our Mayor. The problem is that there has been absolutely no accountability to officers that engage in excessive force and until there is people will continue to get hurt and liability costs will continue to skyrocket. Please like and share if you agree.
