ADH is hiring for an office manager position!! Please share with any qualified candidates you may know.

Starting Salary: $42,000- $52,000 (plus merit-based bonuses)
Perks: free parking, building gym, rooftop patio and flexible remote workdays. Computer will be provided by ADH, but we can set up software on any employee provided laptop or device as well. 2 weeks paid vacation. Bonus opportunities based on merit.

*Expected Hours*
• 32-40 hours per week (minimum 32)
• In-office position, but ability to work remote 1 day per week

*Summary of duties and expectations*
• Scheduling new clients
• Consultation/meeting intake in the office when clients arrive
• Answering incoming calls and returning calls/voicemails from after hours
• All mail and FedEx/UPS responsibilities
• Ordering and sorting office supplies and technology
• Coordination of conference room usage on mediation/deposition days
• Overflow paralegal work/trial preparation as needed (creation of files, marking exhibits)
• Organization/maintenance of office common areas (front desk, conference rooms, kitchen, etc.)

*Requirements*
• Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree
• Excellent organizational skills
• Thick skin and sense of humor- this is a fun but high-paced practice

*Preferred*
• Experience in family law
• Experience in litigation
• Experience with client management software
