Put out to the world that the house had a water line break/crack in the slab/foundation, needs a new roof because an active leak, well needs just about everything replaced/updated. Four offers by 3pm, two from folks that had not even stepped through the front door. COVID or not it's a sellers market. Please if you are thinking of selling your home, or know someone who is, my $500 Listing Fee and collecting just 3.62% at closing just makes good business sense!
