"How's the market?" 🤔
Easily one of the most commonly asked questions when someone finds out you're in real estate.
While overall there's been a reduction in home sales and transactions in 2023 compared to 2022 due to lack of available inventory, and overall appreciation year-over-year, the answer does involve some nuance.
Each city and property type is a little different, especially when it comes to the shore markets.
