CAPTURE DETAILS:

Devonshae Aikeis FISHER, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive and documented Bloods gang member, was captured on May 21, 2026, in Austin, Texas. An attempted traffic stop by the Austin Police Department and THP Troopers on a vehicle driven by FISHER initially led to a brief pursuit. With the assistance of members of the FBI Safe Street Taskforce (SSTF), including a DPS Special Agent and a Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Deputy, FISHER was eventually located and arrested. In 2012, FISHER was convicted of Possession with Intent to Distribute Co***ne Base and subsequently sentenced to 30 months in the Federal Bureau of Prisons. In 2021, FISHER was convicted in Bexar County of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and subsequently sentenced to 5 years of confinement in TDCJ prison. He was released on parole in April 2023. FISHER had been wanted since July 2024, after a warrant was issued for his arrest for a Parole Violation (Original Offense: Unlawful Poss. of a Firearm by a Felon). Additionally, in March 2025, warrants were issued out of McClain County, Oklahoma, for FISHER's arrest for Bail Jumping and FTA for Acquiring Proceeds from Drug Activity. FISHER’s capture was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers.
