We are thrilled to announce that Ashley Pattain has joined Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O'Connell, PLLC as an associate attorney. Ashley received her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2025 and her B.A. from Thomas Edison State University in 2021.

Prior to joining TLJO, Ashley served as a law clerk to Referee Jenese Larmouth in Ramsey County Family Court where she gained valuable insights into the complexities of family law. Prior to law school, Ashley worked in the corporate health sector.

Ashley is the Commissioner and Vice Chairperson of the Sustainability Commission for the City of Minnetonka. Ashley is on the board of directors for Clare Housing and the Minnesota Lavender Bar Association, and she is a program committee member of Dress for Success Twin Cities.

Ashley is focusing her practice in family law, orders for protection, harassment restraining orders, wills, trusts, probates, and guardianships/conservatorships. Ashley is also a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral.
