McDowell Law, PC is pleased to announce that last week Rachael B. Brekke - Attorney at Law and Michael Hagner successfully completed a two week jury trial that vindicated our client from claims of common law fraud, consumer fraud, and breach of contract. After two weeks, the jury unanimously agreed with Rachael and Mike that our clients were not liable for any of the claims asserted against them, and the complaint was dismissed with prejudice.

This case is another example of our litigation team’s success in representing the firm’s clients and achieving excellent results. The firm is proud of its litigation attorneys and the entire McDowell Law team for their dedication and tenacity in protecting our clients’ interests, whether it be through litigation or settlement.
