BEWARE of any broker that is going to list your home and SELL it while it is in a private listing network!

Our local MLS (Multi Listing Service) has an option to list your home in what is called the Private Listing Network. Brokers can see your listing but the general public will not!

It's a sellers market!
Why would you not want your home exposed to as many buyers as possible?

Selling your home without exposure to the public market could, and in most cases, cost you thousands of dollars!
Make sure when you are listing your home, the Broker is not listing it in the Private Listing Network unless there is a valid reason to do so. They must tell you if they are.

Art & Alma's Grand Reopening: We're thrilled to announce that our doors open once again this Friday, December 8th at 4pm!

During our first week, we're offering a robust limited menu including our renowned salad bar and the famous prime rib. Our full menu with all the classic items will be available within a couple weeks after open.

Through careful restoration and lots of hard work keeping both the menu and space intact, we pay homage to the legacy of our predecessors while eagerly anticipating the new memories yet to be made.

Embracing the original spirit of Art & Alma's, we welcome guests on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not accept reservations, so we encourage you to arrive with anticipation or enjoy a leisurely wait at our bar - where the experience of Art & Alma's begins. Please plan your visit with this tradition in mind.

I've already had two phone calls today from storm chasers!
Don't get scammed by these people!

A few tips to help avoid being scammed -
1) Ask if they have a local office.
2) Ask to see business paperwork (are they License, bonded, insured?)
3) Do not sign any paperwork or pay them any money.
4) If you suspect roof, siding, or any other damage to your property, contact your insurance company or a locally known contractor.
