A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of closing out a property with my amazing sellers. This particular couple is a friend of the family. I am so honored and so grateful that they chose me as their REALTOR. I am so happy for them and excited for their new journey!

I think everyone expects Realtors to have a crystal ball. But we don’t.

If I did, I would have all the answers for you. But, I don’t. Every house is different, every transaction is SO different and what people want & need are different.

So, my best advice to you is, move when it works BEST for you. Maybe that’s right now, or maybe it’s in 5 years. Either way, I’ll be here when you are ready.
