Online photos are a great starting point… but they never tell the whole story. If you've worked with me, you've likely heard me say "pictures lie - they can either over-improve or under-improve a home". For this reason:
✨ Visit in Person
Photos can be deceiving. Walking through a home lets you truly experience the layout, condition, and the feel of the neighborhood.
☀️ Check Natural Light & Views
Pictures can be edited. Visit at different times of day to see how light fills the space and what your views really look like.
🔍 Inspect for Hidden Issues
Photos won’t show everything. Pay attention to smells, noise, or signs of wear that could become bigger concerns later.
🛋️ Imagine Your Lifestyle
Stand in the space and picture your day-to-day life. Does it feel like home? Does it work for how you live?
Buying a home is more than what you see online — it’s about how it feels in real life.
If you’re starting your home search or want a second set of eyes, I’m here to help every step of the way 🧡
