Yesterday we had the opportunity to volunteer at Living Earth Center as part of Greater Mankato Area United Way's Week of Action. Before the rain moved in we were able to do a lot of watering, sift and move compost, and plant sweet corn and kohlrabi. It was a great break from the office while getting the opportunity to connect with so many other volunteers.
