--Legal Assistant – Real Estate, Business & Estate Planning--
This position supports transactional and estate planning work. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously are essential.
Responsibilities include:
• Drafting, formatting and preparing legal documents/contracts
• Assisting with real estate and business transactions
• Supporting estate planning and probate matters
• Client communication and file management
• Attorney calendar and file organization
Prior experience in these practice areas is strongly preferred.
--Legal Assistant – Family Law & Civil Litigation--
This role supports active litigation matters and requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Drafting pleadings and discovery
• Managing deadlines and court filings
• Organizing files and exhibits
• Client and court communication
• Attorney calendar and file organization
Litigation experience is strongly preferred.
