Victoria Seehafer Sells CENTURY 21 Aspire Group Real Estate Company to Brad Broecker
MANITOWOC, WI, May 15, 2024 – On November 4, 2014, Victoria Seehafer (Broker, Owner) founded Aspire Real Estate Group to bring a fresh perspective to the Manitowoc County real estate market. In November 2019, she bought the CENTURY 21 Franchise to form CENTURY 21 Aspire Group. Since that time, CENTURY 21 Aspire Group has invested in the community, revitalized a central corner of the downtown historic district, and re-energized the real estate buy/sell experience in Manitowoc with leading best-practices.
After 20 years of dedicated service and commitment to excellence in the real estate industry, Victoria Seehafer announces her intention to transition into the role of broker associate while releasing the reins of ownership with the sale of her real estate business to Brad and Gail Broecker.

With an extensive management background, he will leverage his operations management experience as he assumes the helm of CENTURY 21 Aspire Group as Broker/Owner, growing its position at the forefront of the real estate market by delivering a higher level of service and satisfaction, with the support of his wife Gail.
