Happy to report that Escrow recently closed on this beauty 🏘️🏠 This was the easiest escrow to work on, two open houses, multiple offers, eventually picked the right one, with the best terms; no inspection, loan or appraisal contingencies! Look at God 🙌🙌🙌! To my amazing client Dr. Star, thank you for trusting me again to assist you in selling your home, this is the 2nd home I’ve sold for you. I don’t take it for granted, I am deeply appreciative 🫂❤️. To the team, escrow, title and my transaction Coordinator, you’re truly amazing.
