We were completely decked out for today's Manchester Community Fair PARADE!!! And what a parade it was 😲 that had to be the longest small town parade we've ever seen...

I have to say that my mother-in-law Deborah Alber is the BEST! Those decorations are ALL her creative doing, along with her little helpers 🥰
We definitely threw the most candy we ever have compared to past years. It was so much fun and we enjoy participating each year.

Sad news received in our world...one of our favorite go-to lenders has left this earthly world. I am heartbroken to hear this news, as Marc was someone I spoke to almost DAILY. He had a huge impact on many of my clients' lives, getting so many into homeownership for the first time. He was very well known within our local Real Estate world.
I am going to miss him. He always answered when I called, even if I was just calling to complain about my day in our industry.
Godspeed Marc, until we meet again.
