So its Aug 1. If you're a home buyer in NJ and you want to see a home with a Realtor, it's now state law that you will need to sign an Exclusive Buyer's Agreement.

In 3 more days (August 1) the Real Estate Consumer Protection Enhancement Act goes into effect in NJ.

This is very important to understand if you are a buyer who wants to see a home and wants to put in an offer.
