UBFK Law Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Paralegal to join our expanding real estate practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling residential real estate transactions from contract through closing, including file management, client communication, coordination with lenders, title companies, realtors, and attorneys, as well as preparation and review of closing-related documents. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment are essential.

This position is intended for a dedicated real estate paralegal who is looking to build a long-term career within a busy and growing law firm. We are seeking someone who is committed to the legal side of real estate transactions and can seamlessly integrate into our team-oriented environment.

Please note: Applicants who are currently working as Realtors or licensed title agents, or who are actively pursuing those professions, will not be considered for this position. We are specifically looking for a paralegal whose primary professional focus is real estate law and transaction management.
We offer a professional, collaborative work environment, competitive compensation based on experience, and the opportunity to work with a high-volume real estate practice serving clients throughout New Jersey.
