As an attorney, he has tried numerous cases to verdict both on behalf of injured persons, as well as in defense of various types of personal injury actions. He is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than 3% of all lawyers in the State. Rob’s practice also includes the field of Education & School Law, counseling families and children in
the areas of Individualized Education Plans (IEP); Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying (HIB) and other student/family school related issues. Rob also defends clients in criminal and motor vehicle/traffic proceedings throughout the Municipal and County courts of the state. Rob also serves as General Counsel for several different business and non-profit entities, counseling on issues of risk management, exposure and other related legal issues. Prior to opening the Morello Law Firm, Rob was a Partner at the Law Firm of Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas. Rob worked in the Law Office of Pamela Hargrove in Wall, New Jersey and Clark Law Firm in Belmar, New Jersey, where he handled numerous car accident and personal injury cases from inception through trial. Early in his career, Rob gained significant experience serving as an intern in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office and law clerk to the Honorable Louis F. Locascio, in the Monmouth County Superior Court. Outside the firm, Rob is active in the Stafford Township community, coaching several youth sports teams, and is a member of the Manahawkin Elks.
