Owner and Managing Member Rob Morello is an accomplished trial attorney. He has taken over 40 jury trials to verdict both on behalf of injured parties as well as in defense of people and entities who are being accused of negligence and/or wrongdoing. Rob is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than 3% of all lawyers in the State. Rob de

fends clients in criminal and DWI/motor vehicle cases throughout the Superior and Municipal courts of the State. His practice extends to the field of Education & School Law, counseling families and children in the areas of Individualized Education Plans (IEP) as well as Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying (HIB). Rob is also retained by school districts to defend their interests in connection with many of the same issues. As General Counsel for several business and non-profit entities, Rob has successfully defended contractors, and not-for-profit organizations against claims arising from general liability, contractual disputes, as well as regulatory issues. Further, as legal advisor in areas of risk management and operational policy, he guides clients in the development of policies and staff training. Early in his career, Rob interned in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office and served as law clerk to the Honorable Louis F. Locascio, in the Monmouth County Superior Court. Rob also gained significant litigation and trial experience at boutique law firms in New Jersey, where he handled numerous car accident and personal injury cases from inception through trial. Beyond his legal practice, Rob is actively involved with his family and local community. He volunteers his time coaching several youth sports teams in Stafford Township, and is also the Head Freestyle Coach at Shore Thing Wrestling Club in Lakewood. Rob is a Trustee of the Atlantic County Bar Association and the Manahawkin Elks Lodge.
