Throughout history people have found alternative ways to effectively and efficiently resolve their issues when there was a delay getting to court and they wanted an immediate resolution.

Our judicial system has ground to a halt and mediation is a faster and less expensive way to efficiently resolve issues of domestic relations that need to be resolved. A mediator has the ability to resolve those issues while the Courts are unable to hear it.

I am a Certified Mediator for Domestic Relations cases with the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. For over 13 years, I served as a District Court Judge in Hot Spring and Grant Counties. I am rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell. The highest peer rating standard. This is given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers. I have been practicing as a Domestic Relations Attorney since 1997, as well as being a certified Attorney ad Litem representing the best interests of minor children.
