🚨 Important Immigration Update 🚨

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced the termination of the 2021 Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Venezuela.

📌 After reviewing current country conditions and consulting with interagency partners, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem determined that Venezuela no longer meets the statutory requirements for TPS.

⏰ The 2021 TPS designation for Venezuela will officially end at 11:59 p.m. on November 7, 2025 (60 days after today’s Federal Register notice).

➡️ What this means:
-If you currently hold TPS under the 2021 Venezuela designation, you must prepare for the termination date.
-If you have no other lawful immigration status, you should plan to depart the United States or explore alternative options with qualified legal counsel.
-DHS notes that travelers may use the CBP One mobile application if planning to depart.
