I am excited to announce that we are under contract! this client was referred to me by a past client, and I am HONORED to be the person someone thinks of when they are talking real estate. My clients had one objective, they wanted to sell their home for a certain amount, (they wanted to walk away with $160,000.00), so they could move and be with their daughter and grandchildren. They previously had their home listed with another agent for $170,000.00 and was unsuccessful, we re-listed the home and exceeded their goal and closed on their home for $190,000.00! they were so excited and I am so happy and feel so blessed to be the one to help them achieve this goal and reunite a family! I often get asked, “how’s the market?”, “are things selling?”, these are great questions but to be honest the market shouldn’t determine if you’re going to buy or not, at least it shouldn’t be the main factor. The home buying journey starts with a dream, and then you take that first step. The market could be the best it’s ever been and it not be the right time for YOU. The market could be the worst it’s ever been and you find your dream home within your budget and then the market doesn’t matter as much if at all. Gauge where you’re at, work with a realtor and a lender to find out where you are and work though when might be the best time for YOU to take that step.
