Congratulations to HAT associate Claire Robinett on her recent summary judgment and her client’s dismissal from a medical malpractice suit in the Lee County Circuit Court of Mississippi!

Claire successfully showed the plaintiff failed to abide by the Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure. Great job, Claire!
