WE'RE HIRING TWO POSITIONS! Now hiring for a Receptionist and a Legal Assistant.

Experience preferred, but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.

Receptionists job duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and other duties as assigned.

Legal Assistant's duties are to answer phones, schedule appointments, have direct client contact, some document generation, and other tasks as assigned by Attorneys. This position will work in Criminal law, Civil law, and some Collections work.

We are looking for someone who can operate in a fast paced environment where customer service is important and client confidentiality is a non-negotiable. Strong organizational skills is key. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can follow up on tasks with little oversight.

Pay range is between $17-22 per hour based on experience and position applied for.

Benefits include health insurance, IRA contribution after employment for one year and potential for monetary bonuses throughout the year.

Both positions have the potential for pay raises and promotions to other positions.

Bougher, Krisher & Clark, Attorneys at Law, P.C. is seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team.

This position supports our collections, civil, and criminal law practice. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering a high volume of phone calls
• Scheduling appointments and court dates
• Processing client payments
• Tracking case progress and deadlines
• Communicating directly with clients, courts, and other professionals
• Drafting basic legal documents
• Assisting attorneys with a variety of administrative and legal support tasks

Experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

This is not a slow-paced office. Our phones ring constantly, priorities can change quickly, and there is always work to be done. The right candidate will be organized, dependable, able to multitask under pressure, and comfortable interacting with people throughout the day. If you enjoy staying busy, solving problems, and working as part of a team, you'll fit in well here.

Starting pay is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
