Okay, remember when we told you Montclair took home the local awards for Best Curb Appeal, Best Resident Experience for 2+ Bedroom Apartment?

WELL, DO WE HAVE SOME NEWS FOR YOU! ❤️

We took home the honors at the STATE LEVEL TOO! 🎉

This weekend, at the Property Management Association of Michigan Awards in Mount Pleasant, Montclair was recognized among the best in Michigan!

And of course, our sweetheart Dolores understood the assignment! She came back with HOLY BOLDNESS and some serious winning energy! 🏆❤️

NEXT STOP? NATIONALS! 🇺🇸

These statewide wins now put Montclair on the path to the National Apartment Association awards!

What a wonderful evening celebrating Mario Moceri as he was honored with a prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award!

A particularly special moment was watching his children introduce him, highlighting his remarkable accomplishments, dedication to the property management industry, and decades of philanthropy and giving back to the community.

It was a beautiful night recognizing excellence in property management from across the state of Michigan, and an even greater honor to celebrate a man whose impact extends far beyond the industry.

What a special night at the DMAA PRISM Awards! 🏆

First cousins Cathy Lombardo and Mario Moceri both being recognized for their leadership in the property management industry was such a proud family moment! 🤌🏽🤌🏽

Cathy was honored at the DMAA level as Executive of the Year for Lombardo’s Property Management Division, while Mario was honored at the state level through the Property Management Association of Michigan. 👏🏼

And we’re not done celebrating yet! Mario will be recognized again on October 9th at Soaring Eagle Casino at the statewide awards ceremony! 🥂

We are so grateful for our amazing team that keeps our grounds meticulous, our incredible contractors who are committed to our property and relationships, and our architects and construction team for putting out such a high-quality development like the Galleria.

But without our residents, their testimonials, and the dedication of our maintenance team to making sure their needs are met, we wouldn’t be able to showcase what makes this community so special.

All in all, we are incredibly honored by these two categories because I truly believe they show the effort that Moceri Companies as a whole puts into creating communities where people are proud to live and can call home through every stage of life. ❤️
