A little about me
I have lived in the NW for most of my life so I can share with you all the wonderful things to see and do in the Puget Sound. Seattle's culinary experience is at the top of my list of things to do (I love great food!). This is followed by an endless array of wineries, ferries rides, hiking trails, camping, kayaking, and biking, just to mention a few extraordinary activities. Our strong economy and low unemployment is a testament to the resilience and diversity of the employers in the area: Boeing, Microsoft, Amazon, Google and yes Starbucks! When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and indulging in what Washington has to offer. I give back to the community by supporting the Ronald Mcdonald House at Children's Hospital, the American Heart Association, a yearly food drive in the fall, and Smithwright Services. It is hard to imagine, a real estate agent that has been consistently successful since 2004, but it is true. I have been helping people make the impossible happen and matching clients up with their perfect dream home, even during a changing market. I attribute this success to my attention to customer care and an incredible company. While matching clients with the right home is based on desires, economics and emotion. Listing properties takes another skill set which I continuously refine: an intimate knowledge of the local markets, accurate valuation of your property, and strategic marketing.
