The Commercial Brokers Association is pleased to announce that Rob Aigner has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026.

Rob is a respected leader in the Pacific Northwest commercial real estate industry and has supported CBA for more than 20 years as a Board Member, including two years as Board President. In 2024, he was honored with a Career Achievement Award and inducted into the CBA Hall of Fame in recognition of his lasting impact on the association and the industry.
CBA is grateful for his willingness to step into this position and have full confidence in his ability to ensure a smooth transition and continued high-quality support to our members.

CBA is heartbroken to announce the passing of Chris McDougall, President & CEO.

His leadership, integrity, and vision helped shape CBA into one of the largest and most influential commercial broker organizations in the nation. His positivity, genuine presence, and fun-loving spirit made CBA a stronger and more connected organization. We are truly devastated by this loss and hold deep gratitude for the impact he had on all of us.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to the McDougall family and to all who had the privilege of working with Chris. In the coming days, we will be creating a memorial page on our website where tributes, photos, and memories can be shared. We will keep that page updated with any information about memorial or service arrangements.
