Every closing has a story, and this one took a little over two months to reach the finish line. 🔑

There were unexpected hurdles along the way, but we kept communicating, problem solving, and working toward the same goal.

Transactions like this are such a reminder of how important communication and collaboration can be in real estate. I’m grateful to lender Brady Shorey, my colleague and seller’s agent Destiny Milton, and her sellers for the patience, communication, and willingness to work together throughout the process.

But what makes this closing especially meaningful to me is the trust behind it.

I first had the opportunity to help my client sell a family home that had been passed down to him. When it came time to purchase a home for his family, he trusted me again. Being chosen to represent someone for a second time is something I’ll never take for granted. 🙏

Not every road to closing looks the same. Having people in your corner who communicate, stay engaged, and keep working toward solutions can make all the difference.

Huge congratulations to my amazing sellers and wonderful buyer on a successful close! Bringing both sides together takes clear communication.
