Whenever you go to Circuit Court, you should always keep the documents from that appearance, whether a final order or a final decree. Yesterday I was able to get a felonious possession of a firearm as a convicted felon charge dismissed simply because my client was able to bring an order to court to prove he had had his gun rights restored. It may seem like common sense, but you’d be amazed how sometimes folks can’t keep it straight.
