I was absolutely honored, humbled, & extremely grateful for the opportunity to speak with agents at the Pike County Board of Realtors’ quarterly luncheon on Wednesday.

We covered a plethora of issues in our industry, including fraud (wire fraud, listing fraud, etc…), as well as how we can all work together to streamline the closing process for clients. Not to mention the fact that we have new Alabama case law that now severs your right of joint survivorship (unless specified otherwise) when entering into a purchase agreement (that’s almost as big of a deal as fraud). That’s my opinion, anyway. 😊

I’m especially thankful for my new friends, Chelsea, James, Jessica, & all of the agents with Reality Real Estate, where they all work diligently to turn your dream into a REALITY!

And I even had a little junior executive with me to bring joy to everyone in which she came in contact. ♥️ She had lots of ice cream as proper payment 😜

All parties involved in the transaction may not have been available this afternoon, but it was such a joy helping yet another new friend (yes, she’s a new friend, now) realize her dream of homeownership. Love what you do, friends, and you’ll never work a day in your life. ♥️
