A Labor Day weekend boat ride to celebrate an 18th birthday ended in tragedy. Now a Florida jury has to decide whether real estate developer George Pino is guilty of manslaughter.
Personal Injury attorney and legal analyst Randolph Rice joins COURT TV to break down the case against Pino, who was piloting a 29-foot boat carrying 14 people, including 12 teenage girls, when it slammed into a channel marker at high speed. Seventeen-year-old Lucy Fernandez was pinned underneath the boat and died hours later. Another passenger, Cathy Puig, was permanently disabled.
