There’s something extra special about helping friends find their next chapter...and this one truly became a family affair. When my son’s close friend’s family decided they wanted to move closer to school, the home search quickly turned into an adventure for all of us. Between after-school activities, games, practices, and all the chaos that comes with raising teenage boys, we squeezed in showings whenever we could in between all the boys’ activities. And according to the boys, every showing absolutely required their professional opinions.
After several months and many homes later, we finally found the one — complete with an incredible lower-level rec room, pool, and pond… fully teenager approved!
Once we secured their new home, we immediately shifted gears to preparing their current home for the market. They trusted my advice every step of the way, put in the work to get the home show-ready, and the timing couldn’t have worked out better. The result? Multiple offers the first weekend on the market, a fantastic sales price, and ideal terms for their family’s next move.

Some closings just hit a little closer to home!

This one was extra special. When my son’s friends family decided to move to be closer to school and all of their kids’ activities, it quickly became a family affair. with my own son joining us on showings. Because let’s be honest… it’s more fun to see homes with friends!
We squeezed in tours after the boys’ school days ended or on the way home from lacrosse games, fitting it all in between life.

Together, we walked through homes, talked through what mattered most, and ultimately found the one, a home that couldn’t be more perfect for this stage of life. A pool for summer days, a peaceful pond setting, and an incredible rec room made for teen hangouts and lifelong memories.
