Sales volume for single-unit residential housing decreased 2.74% YoY from 547 to 532 transactions. Year-to-date sales reached a total of 3,114 closed listings. Dollar volume rose from $131.52 million to $132.86 million. The average sales price rose 3.87% YoY from $240,435 to $249,728, while the average price per square foot subsequently rose from $107.47 to $120.07. Median price rose 9.5% YoY from $200,000 to $218,997, while the median price per square foot also rose from $106.78 to $119.97. Months inventory for single-unit residential housing declined from 1.7 to 1.2 months supply, and days to sell declined from 67 to 52.
