Announcement regarding the message Thunder Sun Homes accidentally sent to all of our residents this afternoon:
I want to personally apologize if you received a message about utilities, which was only supposed to be sent to a few residents who were previously notified that they would need to put their utilities accounts in their own name, but it was accidentally sent to all of our residents.
I apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused, and we have taken steps to ensure that something like this never happens again.
We will be reaching out with additional updates shortly. Thank you, and I appreciate your patience as we sort this out, and look forward to hearing from you on how we can further improve our service to you in the future.
