I was born in Cambridge, MA. I am a son to a Portuguese-Brazilian family. My passion is being involved and immersed in the Portuguese and Brazilian communities. I also have a passion in helping and supporting others in the communities I reside and participate in, such as Derry, NH and Cambridge, MA, putting the needs of the community and individuals before mine. I currently reside in Derry, NH and

have lived there for over 15 years. I have been all over Southern New Hampshire and Northeastern Massachusetts. I love to see what New England has to offer, from the Fall foliage to the beautiful lighthouses in the Summers. The Median Sold Price in August was $505,000 after 91 properties sold. The median days on the market was 7. This is compared to July in which 94 properties sold at a Median Sold Price of $531,000. That's the first time since April that prices trended lower.

In terms of New Listings, 94 became active with a Median Price of $499,949. This is compared to July in which 105 properties came new on the market at a Median Price of $499,000. New listing prices appear to have steadied after a few months of decreasing prices. We will see how the fall market shapes up.

The Median Sold Price in August was $555,000 after 35 properties sold. The median days on the market was 9. This is compared to July in which 46 properties sold at a Median Sold Price of $488,049. That's the first time in 3 months that prices have climbed.

In terms of New Listings, 60 became active with a Median Price of $489,900. This is compared to July in which only 48 properties came new on the market at a Median Price of $489,950. New listing prices are staying steady after a few months of decreasing prices. We will see how the fall market shapes up.

The Median Sold Price in July was $488,049 after 46 properties sold. The median days on the market was 9. This is compared to June in which 36 properties sold at a Median Sold Price of $521,160. That's two months in a row in which the median sold price of Derry has gone down. Is this an ongoing trend reflecting the overall market or this just a small slowdown with August restoring the growth trend?

In terms of New Listings, 48 became active with a Median Price of $489,950. This is compared to June in which only 36 properties came new on the market at a Median Price of $514,450. With new listing prices also slowing down month-over-month, this could be a sign that the Derry market may be shifting. We will see how the rest of the summer market shapes up and how we go into the fall market to see what may be happening in this area.
