REMOTE ESTATE PLANNING DOCUMENT EX*****ON NOW AVAILABLE (WILLS/POWERS OF ATTORNEY/ADVANCE DIRECTIVES)
I am hesitant to post this because I do not want to make an advertising opportunity out of the current crisis, but I have been speaking to many clients who are concerned about getting their estate plan, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Directives/Living Wills, in place now more than ever.
The General Assembly and Governor have recognized this concern.
Per SB 150, during the state of emergency, these documents may be executed using video conferencing, forgoing the usual requirements of physical presence in the same room.
My office is prepared to help you execute these important documents without needing to leave the house. If you do not have:
(1) A Will;
(2) A Power of Attorney; or
(3) A Living Will/Advance Directive
please feel free to call me anytime at 502.589.3363 for a free consultation. You may also message through Facebook or email me at [email protected].
If you or a family member is unable to participate in video conferencing, sanitary and social-distancing appropriate options are still available, please call or email to enquire.
