Paralegal / Office Manager – Personal Injury Law (Full-Time)
Location: Louisville, KY | In-Office | Competitive Pay Based on Experience

Solo practitioner in a high-volume personal injury law practice is seeking a Paralegal/Office Manager with 1–5 years of relevant experience to join a team of four. This is a fast-paced and demanding role requiring excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities include:
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents
• Managing case files and client communications
• Organizing medical records and lien information
• Assisting with discovery and trial prep
• Coordinating with insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and providers
• General office management, including scheduling and file maintenance

Qualifications:
• 1–5 years of experience in personal injury law preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software (experience with [insert software if relevant] a plus)
