Moore Law Group is pleased to announce that Emily A. DeVuono and Ashton Rose Smith were recently named partner.
Emily A. DeVuono, a Louisville native, concentrates her practice in representing people who have been injured as a result of medical negligence; nursing home neglect and abuse; and automobile and truck wrecks. Ms. DeVuono graduated magna cm laude from the University of Louisville in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Humanities. She received her Master of Art in Humanities from the University of Louisville in 2010. Ms. DeVuono graduated magna cm laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2015 and has practiced law with Moore Law Group for 10 years.
Ashton Rose Smith, originally from Knott County, Kentucky, has a passion for helping people who have been injured by the wrongful conduct of others. She focuses much of her practice on mass tort litigation involving harmful pesticides and pharmaceutical drugs and defective medical devices. Ms. Smith received her Bachelor of Arts and graduated with honors from the University of Kentucky with a major in Integrated Strategic Communications and a minor in Psychology. She graduated from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and has been practicing law since 2015, the last seven with Moore Law Group.
