🍽️💜 COOKING & CONVERSATIONS 💜🍽️

It’s more than a cooking class… it’s a place to reconnect, heal, and grow together.

In today’s world, we’re often connected to our phones but disconnected from each other. Between work, school, stress, anxiety, and busy schedules, meaningful conversations can easily get pushed aside.

Cooking & Conversations is a 5-week family enrichment program that brings people back to the table—where meals become memories and conversations strengthen relationships.

✨ During this hands-on course, families will:

🍝 Learn to prepare five delicious meals together

* Week 1: Chicken Alfredo
* Week 2: Fried Chicken, Mac & Cheese & Green Beans
* Week 3: Homemade Burgers & Fries
* Week 4: Taco Night
* Week 5: Homemade Pizza

💜 Build stronger family relationships

🧠 Reduce stress and anxiety through shared experiences

🗣️ Improve communication in a welcoming, supportive environment

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Create new family traditions that continue long after the course ends
