Proud to stand with the UAW Local 862! Throughout the year, partners with the UAW to provide financial wellness workshops to it’s members. We aren’t just business partners though, we are family. Our spouses and sons work the line. They sacrifice their days and bodies for the billions of dollars Ford profited since the auto industry bail out. They work 12 hour shifts. They deal with pain in their shoulders and legs. It’s a sacrifice. One they deserve to be justly compensated for. With benefits returned that they sacrificed, to avoid that government bail out, so many years ago. We are one community and they need us now to and support local smallbusiness

Today has been a very emotional day. Christmas won’t be the same for a very long time. I can’t fix it and I can’t make the pain go away all I can do is wipe your tears when you cry, hold you tight, tell you how much she loves you, and remind you to take it one day at a time. My goal was to end our night with smiles and laughter just like she would want. I even got my oldest baby in matching pajamas and to take some pictures with us (iykyk 🤣😂). For those of us missing our loved ones on this day and every day remember to celebrate the small victories, reminisce on the good times, pray for healing, honor their memory the best you can, be kind to yourself, and take it one day at a time. Wishing each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas
