Is the person helping you with your Social Security case really an attorney??? You need to ask! Many people mistakenly hire "non-attorney representatives" for help with their Social Security disability cases.
Websites and advertising can be deceptive. People believe they are getting legal help from a lawyer but later find out their representative is not an attorney. I've talked with dozens of people who have lost their case and only later discovered the person "helping" them wasn't an attorney.
A non-attorney representative can't take your case to Federal Court. It also means they can't pursue other legal remedies for a disabled person in court. Worse yet non-attorney representatives charge the same fee as an attorney. If you are paying for a lawyer, you should get a real lawyer.
If you need a lawyer to help you with your Social Security disability case, please contact the Doran Law Office today for help from an actual attorney. Please call us at (502) 208-4970. This is an advertisement for the Doran Law Office.
