As a Tennessee Notary, here are 10 legit things you can do (and get paid for)—especially strong for mobile notaries like you:

Acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, sworn statements, powers of attorney, etc.

4. Wedding Officiant Services

5. Mobile Notary Services
Travel to homes, hospitals, jails, nursing homes, businesses (charge travel fees).

6. I-9 Employment Verification (Requires becoming an Authorized Rep) Verify employee identity for remote hires (not notarized, but allowed).

Power of attorney, legal affidavits, family docs (high demand, premium fees).

8. Hospital & Healthcare Notarizations
Advance directives, living wills, healthcare POAs.

I have home work to work on what are you doing today??

Its getting that time to renew I will be renewing and updating my notary stamp before April and redoing my Insurance and Bond.
