Tough reality - you can't rely on the other driver to have enough insurance.

Today we disbursed a $400,000 settlement for a 93-year-old client injured in a premises liability incident involving a major retailer.
Liability was initially disputed.
We prepared the matter as though it would proceed to litigation. After extensive pre-suit advocacy, the case resolved without requiring our client to endure depositions or court proceedings.
Strategy matters. Preparation matters.
Not every case should be dragged through litigation, especially when the client’s age and health are factors.
Results depend on the specific facts of each case.
