Happy Holidays!

I hope everyone is staying safe and warm. Thank you for continuing to put your trust in me to represent you and your family members. It’s been a wonderful year at the new office and I now have an assistant named Paul Miles that is keeping cases moving forward smoothly and allowing me to take on more clients.

I take pride in being available to my clients and that is not going to change. Some law firms delegate everything to case managers, and the attorneys become difficult to reach or talk to. Not here. You can text me anytime and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours. I promise to continue providing caring and supportive advice and legal representation to you and yours.

As you may know, I share office space with my wife’s micro-bakery (Tastee Treats Lou) so I want to let everyone know about her upcoming Holidaze Bakery Pop-Ups and that Santa Claus will be here on Saturday, December 20th from 11am to 1pm. Feel free to bring in the kids to see Santa and pick up some sweet treats.

The office/bakery is at 1618 Lincoln Avenue in Louisville, KY (across from Camp Taylor Memorial Park on Poplar Level Road near the Watterson).

Be careful and attentive out there on the roads, especially with this snow coming.
