“The Clark County Prosecutor’s Office has charged Wilson with two felony counts and multiple misdemeanors related to allegations of official misconduct, obstruction of justice, and five counts of falsifying child abuse or neglect information or records.
Officials allege Wilson documented assessment activities that did not occur. Each felony charge carries a possible penalty of up to 2½ years in prison under Indiana law.

Eleanor Ross is the federal district court judge who was subject to a private reprimand for having s*x with a police officer in chambers in earshot of law clerks, according to a person familiar with the situation.
