Median sale prices have risen moderately by 3%, a strong performance given persistent inflation and high interest rates. Inventory is up 8%, offering more options for buyers, while closed sales are down 5%, largely due to seller expectations not aligning with today’s economic realities, including higher borrowing costs and broader uncertainty. Overall, this represents only a minimal slowdown in what remains a resilient and competitive market.

Weekend well spent ☀️ Christina and I had the best time visiting our friends John and Åsa in beautiful San Francisco. The weather was perfect, and we hit the SF — an epic adventure through the city’s hidden paths, mosaic stairways, community gardens, and parks connecting all four corners of SF. 🥾🌿

Whether you walk, run, or bike it, this trail is a must. Highly recommend exploring a section (or the whole thing!) They also offer guided experiences in June & October.
