Please join the LACBA Labor and Employment Saturday Seminar Program Committee on April 22, 2017 at Southwestern Law School for a terrific seminar on Employment Law Discovery. We have two great panels lined up. The first is on Social Media discovery Issues, including how to obtain it, how to shield it, and how to get it from third parties. We will have speakers presenting the plaintiff and defense sides, and a representative from the NLRB.

The second panel will be a “lightning round” roundtable on hot discovery topics based on your suggestions, including cat’s paw, “me-too” evidence, personnel files of bad actors/third parties, investigation reports, evidence from other proceedings, and medical/psych records. Register now!
